Sounds good....but if you read on it sounds like it would shut them down if they walk....

A 'quorum' is only 51 votes.
We have that.

I believe a quorum is 1/2 plus one. That means 51. We have 55.
I say do it. when the dems leave, lock the doors and don't let them back in till we've passed every bit of legislation we've tried in the last 30 years!
