BEIRUT -- Hundreds of thousands of people swarmed the streets yesterday chanting "freedom, sovereignty, independence" in by far the largest of a half-dozen demonstrations held in the past month. Published estimates put the size of the anti-Syrian crowd at between 800,000 and 1 million -- roughly twice the size of a pro-Syrian rally organized a week ago by the radical movement Hezbollah, which the United States considers a terrorist group. Waving Lebanese flags and signs that read, "No to half-measures," the marchers held Syria accountable for the death of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri in a mysterious bomb blast one month ago.

Not surprisingly, the MSM made sure "500,000 anti-U.S. protesters!" was part of every headline during last week's Hezbollah rally.
Lebanese women are some of the most beautiful in the world.
Is Ann Coulter Lebanese by chance?
The MSM's non-coverage of this shows that their political bias trumps even the free-market profit motive.
As we've seen here in the blogosphere, these protests are bountiful with Lebanese Freedom Babes... that the MSM would willfully miss such a market opportunity speaks volumes about their motives.
That picture was on the front page of the Rocky Mountain News this morning. At least one paper did the right thing.
