Oh really? hmmmmm.

She had several opportunities to get away and didn't take one of them. She allowed herself to be inserted into the situation. She knew all of Atlanta was searching for the killer. She had her cell phone with her all the time. They were in separate cars.

She had opportunities to extricate herself from the situation and didn't.

That's pretty much what this thread has turned into. Let's hope justice is done and this guy gets the death penalty.
