Pardon my ignorance, but that is so cool. how do you do that?
I have an ATI Radeon 9600XT video card and high speed cable. The card comes with a multimedia capture program for video, pictures and closed captions...it just converts the hidden CC text into an HTML file. I can even set it to 'take a picture' every few seconds in put it into the text, like a newspaper article...as you can see, it's a very handy tool...
