I'm not so sure I'd make that bet, but , patience, it will all come out. It just seems like older women in these types of jobs are just collecting a paycheck. They don't have any real intent of doing the job -just smirking, laughing it up at how they're getting over.

How old is old? I'm curious because I was as passionately interested in my job when I was forced to medically retire as I was at anytime during my career. I loved solving the challenges and was mature enough to realize you had to do the mundane because it wasn't going to go away. Or are you saying it's the type of job? And if it's the type of job, I've seen plenty of older men goofing off.
