MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) - More than two years after he left the governor's office to make his unsuccessful run for the presidency, the fight over public access to Howard Dean's gubernatorial records is coming before the Vermont Supreme Court. Today's hearing is on the state's appeal of a ruling that 86 boxes of records Mr. Dean sealed when he left office in 2003 are instead presumed to be open. Superior Court Judge Alan Cook ordered Mr. Dean and the state to identify each of the hundreds of thousands of documents in the boxes and say why each should be covered by executive privilege.

I believe the circus showman Barnum used to say, "It's only the beginning folks, only the beginning."

The demoncrats wanted good old Dean and now they've got him warts and all. Yahoo!!!!

Is this the same Howie Dean whose party demanded that Dick Cheney release every little detail about the administration's energy task force? The same one?? Hmm.

Gee, I wonder if somewhere in those boxes is a stray Form 180 for Sen. John Kerry???.....or maybe some Rose Law Firm billing records?????

(Or maybe secret documents is just a prerequisite for high profile positions in the DimRat Party?)

I guess he has something to hide. Where is the "news" media? If it was George W. Bush they would be sitting on his doorsteps.

By the way, yet another Sunday has passed with Howard Dean a non-guest on any of the Sunday morning talk shows.

I am still betting that he shows up on Easter Sunday, when no one is watching. He will then disappear until Memorial Day Sunday.

Secret documents eh? Perhaps Dean should consult with Sandy Berger. Rumor has it that ol' Sandy has a leg up on this document handling business.
