Bush beseeched to have Fox extradite aliens
The Washington Times ^ | 3/11/2005 | Jerry Seper

Law-enforcement officials want President Bush to ask Mexican President Vicente Fox at their March 23 meeting in Texas to extradite criminal aliens who fled to Mexico to avoid prosecution, including a Mexican national suspected in the killing of a Los Angeles deputy sheriff.

The Los Angeles Police Protective League, in a letter yesterday to Mr. Bush, also asked the president to fulfill a promise he made to the family of slain Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff David March. Mr. Bush told the deputy's widow in 2003 during the Peace Officer's Memorial Service in Washington, "We'll get him back," referring to the suspect.

The league sent a similar letter to Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, who will attend the meeting.

"President Bush's repeated refusal to pressure Mexico to return accused killers of police officers to the United States is a silent way of giving these vicious killers an executive pardon," said league President Robert Baker.

"Bush is sending a dangerous message to criminals in the U.S. and abroard, and he cannot allow Mexico to proudly harbor dozens of criminals who have killed in America and fled to Mexico to evade prosecution."

I'm tempted to say something about Armando Garcia,...but we'll see, won't we,...about how serious we'll be,as a Nation,...the next few months on issues of this nature and that pesky filibuster change,...when our own guys appear to be "slow-walking" vital measures,so that summer distractions will give them CYA,I'll be listening for the doubletalk, the BS detectors work quite well

Just tell Fox that we want them for a workers program and he will have them all across our borders in a couple of minutes.

Every day Fox refuses to comply, we need to send back 100,000 of their citizens on buses.

We give Israel a lot of support, financially and otherwise. Ask them to return a favor. The Mossad is real good at retrieving bad acters from uncooperative countries. I'll bet they could get a bunch of them back for us.

Let me get this straight. Fox supports letting the criminals from Mexico illegally cross our borders, but if they commit a crime in this country and recross into Mexico they are immune to our laws?

Not going to say what I think should be done about Mexico!

Bush needs to tell the idiot Fox and his corrupt government to stop promoting illegal immigration to the U.S. I am getting sick of Bush doing nothing when it comes to illegal immigration.

...and take this one step further wonder what would happen if the US actually tried to prosecute all those who have committed any crimes, such as working here illegally and overstaying their visa too? Don't suppose they would flee from the law , back home and have Fox keep them from returning, naa we should only wish to be so lucky?

Spain and Russia said that they would not extradite AQ to the US if the death penalty was the punishment.
