Massively unlikely. Even if she does wake up, she's brain damaged. Even if she somehow bypasses *that* and becomes lucid, she's been outside of reality for *years*; nothing she says should be taken particularly seriously by the courts.

Kind of like the recent story lady who was in a coma for twenty years who miraculously awoke? She had some brain damage yet seemed she seemed pretty lucid and in touch with reality to me. You don't think it could happen here?

Could it? Well, maybe, I suppose it's possible. But how likely is it? After so many months, the likelihood of waking from a coma and being anywhere *near* lucid, much less fit to give testimony, is *very* unlikely.
