Sheer crap...he's been offered money before. If he wanted her dead, why did he try every therapy the first five years? And if you know something concrete, like you say you do, then you should go to the police and tell them your evidence. If you don't, you should keep your mouth shut instead accusing a man of attempted murder.

But if he truly wanted to follow Terri's alleged wishes,why did he try 'every' therapy the first five years? Why was there no mention of Terri's wishes by Michael those first five years?

Because he had argued in court that he "would care for her for the rest of [his] life" in order to secure the malpractice award of $1.2M. You don't just turn around immediately and try to kill her or fabricate a memory that she wouldn't want any of this... you need to play the game for a while.
