If you don't like the Presumption of Innocence, then...I hope you're never mistakenly arrested.

Actually it's the presumption of stupidity of jurors. We got along fine for many many decade allowing the accused to be restrained. Jurors knew that their evaluation of guilt or innocence had to based on the facts presented, not "guilty until proved innocent". Now we figure, perhaps rightly in some cases, that the jurors are dumb as a box of rocks, dominated by their glands.

when the Kobe Bryant defense team wanted the term "victim" not to be used by the Prosecutor in court, the judge thought that was a grand idea.... he didn't want the jury to be prejudiced against the defense.....lol....

.I think some freepers thought so too.....

we better get back to the idea of the bad guys vs the good guys, and stop treating them the same.....
