When a murder took place inside city hall in NYC and a guard shot the murderer dead........Mayor Blooming-idiot lamented that no one should be carrying a gun and that tragically TWO people were lost that day.
The moron equated the murderer with the innocent person who was shot dead.

I agree the gun did nothing wrong but (and this is a very large but) if the gun had never been there nobody would have been shot and I doubt if anyone would have been fatally injured. Cops do not need guns in courthouses anymore than those being placed on trial. I worked in a maximum prison as a counselor for five years. No guns whatsoever were allowed past the main gate of that prison. We never had a serious injury despite many fights and riots. If guns had been present I am positive there would have been people shot at some time or the other.
