This is a breaking news situation.
A man entered a courtroom in the Fulton County Courthouse this morning and shot a Fulton County Sheriff's deputy, a clerk and a judge; there are reports from both WSB and WAGA, the judge is deceased.
The perp has carjacked multiple vehicles -- now on his third -- and is still at large.
I've just come from downtown Atlanta, and the city is a madhouse.
FNC Reporting:
Three dead. Judge. Court Reporter. Deputy.
I've been on 285 a few times--'high speed' and '285' are mutually exclusive.
Depends on the women - I can fireman carry my 6'3" 190 lb husband.
From your lips to God's ears.
If they don't catch him w/in the hour I'm betting it'll be state wide. there's now tell which way this guy will be running.
That's what I meant. I was talking about this event, then I glanced down.
I saw that, too. You are quite right.
Brilliant - unlawful for us to pump gas. I love it. And, change tires. (Actually, I KNOW how to change a tire - I just DON'T! That's my husband's job, when needed.)
Your in trouble again see 498
My daughter got by with having her hubby pump her gas when they first married. 4 kids later and several years - it no lnger works.
I'm half-and-halfing it. Some of my comments are cutups, but others are serious.
It's mostly when RoseofTexas lost it, that I couldn't resist jumping on the Aggravate-Rose bandwagon.
Whenever something like this happens, my heart breaks for the families. All of us can draw on that one split second in our lives when our lives changed forever.
Five (?) families in our city whose lives have just been turned upside down.
You need to upgrade. I'm 265 lbs...
Now on FOX same thing happened in old courthouse 10 years ago.
Probably the poor guy who was forced to wait PRECIOUS, LIFE-THREATENING SECONDS to see if the female EMT could ACTUALLY DO HER JOB WITHOUT THE ASSISTANCE OF A MALE.
Sorry, but an EMT crew of two females just can't always hack it when the severely injured victims need them to.
THIS time, at least, luckily, there was an able-bodied male at hand to get the job done.
Unfortunately, it appears that it didn't happen quick enough for this, now deceased, deputy.
Yeah, it's almost been 2 hours since all this started. He could be anywhere in the region by now.
You'd get dragged out by your ankles...... ;-)
Hard criminals train for this type of thing in prision, seriously! When the famous leader of the Crips was asked about prision, he refered to it a "Gladiator Training" as well. If they have nothing to lose, this is the result, their legacy to the world and the direct result of the revolving door in-justice system.
On my rare visits to Atlanta from our dirt road in Alabama, we'd marvel at the speeds being traveled. It's possible we just hit it on a good day. I'd be doing 70 and folks were passing me like I was parked on the side of the road. Even my children quieted down without having to be told.
