It gets really annoying not being able to use my right arm--I write like a 3 year old with my left hand, eat finger food--and my hubby has to hose me off rather than a long, leisurely shower all by myself. But at least I didn't break both arms.

Has anyone else noticed that at night E! channel is reenacting the trial using actors? I thought it was a joke the first time I saw it, but no they are serious.

I feel a little sorry for his attorney... a highly educated, highly skilled attorney, reduced to babysitter for a tantrum child. This is an attempt at humor, isn't it?

Did you (or anyone) see those pictures yesterday of Michael in bed with that child actor (the little guy who looked like he was 6, but really 13)? Anyway the little guy was sucking on a baby bottle, and there was another pink baby bottle on the window sill beside Jacko. What the heck was that? Sucking on bottles? What was in those bottles?

I scanned by that one night and couldn't believe it. At first I thought it was SNL. I haven't laughed like that at a TV program in a long time. It's hysterical!

However, even with a legitimate medical problem...WHY WASN'T the JUDGE NOTIFIED? Reporters are having difficulty with the time line. One reported that Messereau was only told minutes before the trial was to begin and when he told the Judge what he learned the judge gave his client one hour to get there. Another said Messerau was told around 5:00 a.m. but didn't alert the judge. I find that ridiculous as pictures of the man constantly on his cell phone awaiting his client says otherwise.
The fact that the Judge gave him a second chance bodes well and precludes the legal eagles to accuse him of bias which we're already subtly hearing. However the next time MJ thinks of using this ploy I doubt he won't be behind bars.

I don't know. My son got one in the ER when he broke his arm. They color coded priority....

That would be great theater. An ambulance shows up, Michael is hauled out on a gurney. La Toyota runs around screaming in front of the cameras screaming "look what they've done to my brother" in a scene so hammy even CNN quits covering it. Janet flashes her breasts. Jesse Jackson starts speaking about something having nothing to do with Jackson.

God exhibits compassion for anyone--including child molestors. But that does NOT mean that He exempts them from the justice system. Our justice system IMHO is a gift that protects the law-abiding.
