The judge has given Michael Jackson one hour to get to court or he will be arrested per Fox News!
If doctors certify that he needs painkillers for a medical condition, and that the mental effects of those painkillers make him unfit to stand trial while taking them, the judge has a real dilemma.
Jackson is DRUGGED! I guarantee you he is DRUGGED! He may have taken something on his own but I have seen to many DRUGGED people and he is DRUGGED! lol!
That picture looks like Jim Angle in a wig!!! LOL!
Hang him, problem solved.
"It's a good day for Red China to invade Taiwan..nobody would notice.. "
Good one! ROFL!
The jury is in the courtroom with the judge and Jackson.
They are most likely NOT talking about the bench warrant in front of the jury.
I guess they are going to have the accuser testify; I bet he freaks out in the courtroom!
"Tell me what you don't like about yourself..."
MJ's a Freeper?..He's joined the Pajamahaddeen..
oops, that should have gone to Ken5050
Judge opened trial today apologizing to the jury and said that MJ had a medical condition that needed attention and he (judge) would do the same thing for them.
I think that is the liberal approach. I am a Christian, too. I believe criminals deserve compassion. But, Michael has flaunted the law, he is simply under stress. I have been under stress and still had to work. My son was shot, in the hospital, yet after a few days I had to find a way to also work and support my family. My whole body ached. It is called "Responsability." I will pray for his soul, but I will never condone his actions under the guise of having "pity" for him. He deserves what he gets. Let him take it like a man if he wants any respect from anyone.
Yes one of the most difficult things to disprove on the spot is a faked bad back. Many workers compensation insurance carriers spend alot of money on invistigators to get videos of fraudulent back claims.
"Hey, perhaps we'll see a complete breakdown before this trial is over."
We've been watching the breakdown in slow motion for years...this trial will put it in fast forward mode.
So, once again, he gets away with it.
Yes, he was wearing a hospital bracelet. It was pink.
Well I vote to throw him off the island
We had a friend who was a private investigator and the majority of his time was spent trying to disprove medical claims for bad backs.
