The judge has given Michael Jackson one hour to get to court or he will be arrested per Fox News!
There are any number of prescription painkillers that would enable him to do that, no matter what's wrong with his back. Still, the timing is highly suspicious, and the failure to contact the court in advance of the no-show absolutely inexcusable.
No forfeiture of bail either, I'll bet.
Now MSNBC reporting MJ's attorney DID say to judge that he was in Cottage Hospital with a bad back.
I agree...I have 3 damaged lumbar discs...it even hurts to lift your arms let alone walk and get out of a car...
Jackson has the same plastic surgeon as Joan Rivers. NO KIDDING!
Maybe there are those who DID try to help him--or at least give him some strong advice. However, MJ strikes me as one who would never listen. A long time ago, he began to believe that he was invincible. He was always willing to "push the envelope" as they say. Now this is where it's gotten him. He's got no where else to turn except to stare reality right in the face. And for him, that has GOT to be one of the hardest things he's ever done...something he's never been willing to face about himself.
You can't make up stuff as good as this. Whatever happens, it will be over-the-top drama.
What is hard to understand is how he blew such an enormous fortune...in debt for $350 million, when he once was worth many times that? Self-indulgence is certainly part of his craziness...or simply lack of discipline. Totaly self-centered.
On this site it is inevitable a person will be attacked for expressing an opinion a bit contrary to the rest. Usually I don't take my chances on that one, but I will still stand by the need for a bit of compassion...and wouldn't Jesus have some for Michael? I thought it was part of the Christian approach!
If he really had a bad back they would have taken him in a wheelchair. He would not be walking. He probably whined and complained of a bad back. The hospital probably took X-rays (and we all know how long that takes), and gave him some dilaudid or something for pain. That would make him woozy. When the x-rays came back with nothing wrong they sent him out. Hence, no wheelchair, no assistance. He is having backaches due to stress. Sooooo What?
But ONLY after court had started.

Sorry. I'd far rather advocate compassion and Christianity for the poor young boys whose lives have been ruined than for the pedophile who is a monster, imo.
That makes more sense; the reporting on every channel couldn't have been so wrong. (could it?)
