However, FNC says that doesn't make sense because the judge is furious that the attorney didn't have information about MJ's whereabouts. IMO .. the attorney was stalling because he knew the Judge would not be happy about this

LMAO - I hope he's late. Then, IMO, the Judge should REVOKE Bail and place him in custody - Not forfeit it - That would be too drastic. Right during rush hour in LA. Not good for MJ.

Yes, back pain is bad. God knows I've suffered with it for many years, it is not fun. But I've never even thought of rushing myself to the hospital over it. This is obviously either the freak trying to garner sympathy by playing up a back injury, or a flat out lie. And I am leaning towards the second opinion.
