On his show yesterday, Hannity called the book, "Great Failures of the Extremely Successful," interviews of high-profile personalities in all fields who turned failure into stepping stones to success, a "must read" on his radio show yesterday.
The book was around a 400,000 ranking in Amazon sales yesterday morning. Today it's around 1100.
Think Hannity has any power in book sales?

This was unpaid advertising.
People like to give Hannity a hard time for selling Ruth's Cris.
Seems he can't win either way!
Hannity really went to bat for Bush, especially on election day when the polls were poor! So despite his endless selling...I respect him.
He is a MSM person. He only cares about what is in it for him. He sure has changedand gone to the dark side.
Money, money.. drives him.
Mr. Young, is that you?
Sure. What's wrong with that?
I didn't know Hannity wrote books!
booked
Many of todays very successful, powerful, and rich failed over and over and over before becoming successful. We didn't see or notice the failures because no one knew who they were until they became successful.
Nothing, but selling out does not sit well with me.
He used me to get it and then cashed in.
Hannity is one of the good guys.
"Hannity really went to bat for Bush, especially on election day when the polls were poor! So despite his endless selling...I respect him."
I couldn't agree more! Sean worked tirelessly for GWB during the last election cycle . . . he devoted a lot of time and energy helping volunteers at the grassroots level 'Get Out the Vote'.
[NOTE: Sean's weekend trip to Cincinnati days before the election, with Ollie North and Bill Bennett in tow, REALLY helped turn out our voters in the critical counties of Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren -- the counties that gave President Bush his margin of victory in Ohio!]
As far as I know Hannity has been in the business of punditry for quite some time. Going way back to his days in Atlanta where he was (affectionately) referred to as "Sean Handy Pie The Tin Man" by Kim Peterson and "The Baby Jesus" by Neal Boortz. By your rationale Rush Limbaugh is also a sellout. It is their business to get on their soapbox. In a market economy, the ones with the most advertising dollars are usually the ones that are the most believable. Thank goodess the Market brings the cream to the top.
"He used me to get it and then cashed in."
If you benefited from his books, broadcasts etc. in any way then consider the scripture that says "Muzzle not the ox that threshes the corn." It's in Proverbs.
Book sounds interesting
The book sounds interesting, something I would read....as far as Hannity, I like him, I listen to him every chance I get...and I think the rest of you should to....
All the radio personalities (Rush, Snow, Savage, Lavin, Beck, Liddy, etc.) have carved their own niche which appeals to a segment of the right.
To me, Hannity comes off as a smarmy lounge lizard. But if some conservatives buy his shtick, let him laugh all the way to the bank.
"Hannity really went to bat for Bush, especially on election day when the polls were poor!"
Bush won, by a large margin.
Hannity had nothing to do with that.
Can anyone name 1 so called MAIN Stream Right Wing Media
personality
(we know Russert on tv and Imus on radio from the Left have)
that has asked,
in 2005,
these questions?
"Asked Kerry when he will sign Form 180.
(Even though President Bush signed his Form 180)
Or how could Kerry have a top secret clearance,
and access to US intelligence
WITHOUT revealing ALL his military records to the US Senate
Who in the US Senate has seen ALL of Kerry's military records?
Who, in the US Senate, gave him his top secret clearance?
Or why Kerry is still in the US Senate.
This is in violation of
U.S. Constitution Amendment 14 Sec 3
http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.amendmentxiv.html
Or when Kerry will set the record straight
on his false testimony in April 71"
Where did that come from?
Capitalism is the underlying economic force in our country. Do you have a problem with that too?
