SOUTHERN ARIZONA UNDER SIEGE - ping - *A MUST READ*

(And California, and New Mexico, and Texas, and Virginia, and North Carolina, and and and and . .)

Question: How many anchor babies does it take to fill a state the size of California?

==============================================

They are hungry campesinos; unemployed Colombian dishwashers; Brazilian professors on the lam; Syrian women running from abusive men; felons and child molesters; young Mexican women who've been tricked into believing that Chicago is right up the road from Bisbee, so sure those Manolo Blahnik knockoffs will be perfect for walking there; strong-shouldered teenage boys who can lift everything you own for $7 an hour; dark-eyed men who love pornography and use breaks in their treks to ogle skin mags, then toss them on the ground before moving north again; drug addicts who litter pull-up sites with used needles; children who play with Barney dolls; terrified mothers who nurse their infants while hoping to reunite with their stone mason husbands; coyote guides who carry 9 mm automatics, long knives to slash the throats of barking dogs and epinephrine to squirt up their noses for fast energy; and pregnant girls desperate to birth their babies in the great United States.

How long before private lands are seized to create Designated Migratory Routes?

Thank you for e-mailing President Bush. Your ideas and comments are very
important to him.

Because of the large volume of e-mail received, the President cannot
personally respond to each message. However, the White House staff
considers and reports citizen ideas and concerns.

In addition to President@WhiteHouse.gov, we have developed White House Web
Mail, an automated e-mail response system. Please access
http://www.whitehouse.gov/webmail to submit comments on a specific issue.

Lord knows the wetbacks haver their intrest groups helping them.

Probably not the best choice of words if one is interested in maintaining a civil debate. Most illegals aren't swimming the river anyway.

Maybe you should try citing facts to dispute what I write instead of just using insults.

Agreed. My sincere apologies. Careless and insensitive. I loathe illegals, not Hispanics.

Thank you for the properly-toned chastise.

A 17-year-old kid, dealing by cell phone, will take an order for 150 burgers from the dollar menu at McDonald's, and deliver them to the waiting mob. They pay $2 each to eat--a 100 percent profit for the kids--then heave their trash everywhere.

A shameless, and dangerous, way to amass ill-gotten gains. How long before the kid's left laying in the wash dead and the money gone?

I believe this is the best article I've ever read about the border chaos in Arizona.

My heart aches for the American ranchers and landowners trying to live a normal life down there on the border. And my anger burns brighter and brighter against a bunch of low-life, scum-sucking politicians who choose to ignore the brazen contempt these illegal aliens have for American law and American citizens' property rights. These human lice would sell their own mothers to buy a few votes. We need to vote them ALL out and start over!

At last an article telling about the horrendous sufferings of Americans victimized by this invasion. Normally they just write about the poor, poor illegals who only want a better life and are treated so unfairly by this mean, racist country.

Outraged and saddened bump.

No, there is nothing in Arizona that prevents you from carrying a rifle while riding your range.

The danger in doing so comes from several areas. Pro-illegal immigration groups have made it legally tricky to carry, the drug runners generally have you outgunned, the temptation to shoot when not legally authorized can get you in trouble...

Even though you need to be armed, many are afraid of the consequences. Ask Roger Barnett, a local rancher who is now facing a $32 Million lawsuit for detaining (legally) trespassers on his ranch last year.

I still subscribe...they make great reading for the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan when I'm done with them.

The more I read of this terrible truth story, the more I see America descending toward the same kind of hell we see in the ME every day.

When most of a given area is filled with the lawless, the honest can't long survive.

"Give us your turck [money, jewelry, guns] or I will slit your daughter's throat."

And out politicians and top brass LEOs sanction the slide into this Terrorist Hell.

Excellent article that deals in the daily reality of those most directly affected. I do not know the answer but I know that the level of thinking that got us to where we are now is certainly not the level of thinking that will resolve the problem.

Stated simply, those we have elected to represent us are not addressing this because we have not given them the motivation to do so. This will only change when they understand that their continued political existence hinges upon adherence to their oath of office. This was the message the Democrats received in 1994 when many were turned out because of being on the wrong side of the gun debate. This issue has to rise to that level.

The question is: What will it take to accomplish that? I do not relish the answer to that question.
