I guess by only eating there twice a week, I sort of participated in this boycott without even knowing it.

They had better be careful, They'll have Americans seeking to do one of those jobs that Americans won't do.

Who, when given a choice of Mexican restaurants, would choose Taco Bell?

In my neighborhood, we have a choice of a Taco Bell or a real Mexican restaurant but more often we pick the Taco Bell because the other "real" Mexican restaurant has two fat little "real" Mexicans strolling through the aisles with guitars singing Mexican songs for the kids and looking for tips.

It's kinda fun for the kids when they hear Winnie-the-Pooh in Spanish, but come on, do you mind? I'm trying to eat here!!

Me.

I have a toddler and a baby in the back seat...and they have a drive-through.

I go to a little place called "Daves". It's one of those little 3 table joints in an industrial area but it's some of the best Mexican food around.

There was another little place in town called "Kips" that I never went to. I'm kinda glad I didn't since we found that the owner was cooking his wife.

At least what they sell is now nearly rectum free, unlike hot dogs.

I have been boycotting "Toxic Hell" for years due to bad taste. That has not changed.

I did. My younger son's girlfriend wouldn't go to Taco Bell because of the boycott.

I don't go there because my older son worked there, and I heard some interesting stories.

Taco Bell = McMexican to me....there are entirely too many really good Mexican/Hispanic eateries to bother with Taco Bell.

...they would require suppliers to increase the wages paid to tomato pickers by a penny a pound...

Now, if only they would require 'suppliers' to furnish real tomatoes, we could mark that down as a Real Achievement.

Not that the tomatoes at TB are any worse than any of the other fruits masquerading as tomatoes.
