Mayoral results are starting to come in, but you can't tell which districts they are counting.

Too bad. In the meantime, your numbers show up on that website (accessed just now) with the headline:

The votes counted so far are probably just all the absentee votes received, probably not including late absentee. Once the rest of the votes come in, I would guess Hertzberg's percentage should decline (but I'm not from LA, so I don't really know).
