In my experience they are. YMMV obviously, but I have no need for PC games anymore. I'm not a big first person shooter fan and most of my PS2 games involve car racing or sports games.

My computers are there to supplement my progamming career/habit. If others want PC games, more power to them. I just have found I don't miss them at all.

See, that's the difference. I do 3 types of games. First person shooters, real time strategy and role playing. None of which consoles do well. If I was into racing or sports games, it would be a different story.
