The DUmmies are loving this....it still amazes me how people can root against their own country. However, it does associate them with the people who wish America harm.

I think our wonderful wizard is "conjuring" up some numbers from his magic hat.

Cheers.

Can you re-post some choice comments from your monitoring?

at best you have 100,000 to 200,000 protestors, not 1.6 million.

Typical DUer response. Anything that is anti-American is good in their book because in their warped mind these people that protest America are really just anti-Bush! And in their minds as long as it's anti-Bush they will support it. They are so stupid as to associate the two. They don't realize that these people would just as well cut off a DUers head as much as a Republican's head. DUers are such children and would not even recognize an enemy if he had the word branded in his/her forehead! God help us if they ever get a president in the White House!

I watch the demonstration on FOX this morning. Large crowds, anti-America & anti-Isreali speeches, "thank you for helping us during the 1979 civil war", etc. What I found interesting was what I DIDNT see:
-It was all ant-Isreal & anti-America. NO mention of Russia, France, Saudi Arabia, and all the other nations demanding the Syrian troops leave
-This demonstration was set up by Hezbollah, a terrorist organization. Makes me wonder how many demonstrators were there willingly vs. under threat of force if they failed to show up. After all they had a week or so to organize this thing.
-They were very quick to say "Thank you for helping us during the 1979 civil war." Hmmm..that was 26 years ago! Do you think the Iraqis will be throwing the U.S. "thank you for ridding us of Saddam" rallies 26 years years later, ESPECIALLY if we still have an occupation force in Iraq? I doubt it. Lets face it - Hezbollah is scared to death of losing a base of operations in Lebanon, plain & simple.

Who cares what lying Reuters and CNN say? Obviously YOU are all hung up on it. Some of the rest of us aren't. All you prove is that America-and-Bush-hating Media reported it. No one denied that they reported it. We just don't take their lousy word for it.

HERE YOU GO - Looks like at the end the one who asked why they were cheering Hezbollah was called a Freeper!

This must be ruining the Chimp's morning...

...which makes it all worth it!
--------------------------------------------

Just saw Imus Show

Again, they said Thousands of protestors but did say that the Square was filled....which would indicate more than thousands....so Charles and the dippy woman had to go out of their way to say that the demonstrators DID NOT represent the MAJORITY of Lebanese.
-----------------------------------

Anything contra to Dubya's assertions have to be struck down immediately or the checks will stop flowing!!!!

3. The SQUARE was filled? Have you seen the pics?
----------------------------------------------------

The CITY if filled. People as far as the eye can see. The Concert In Central Park, X3. Or 4.

Again, "America is the source of terrorism" signs everywhere. I'm sure they'll stop showing close-ups soon. No one has "Freedom is on the March" banners.

4. Where are you seeing the pics?

I can't find them ...

btw: I was just repeating what was said on Imus.......not surprised that it's a lie......
-------------------------------------------------------

5. CNN is doing live shots

Unfortunately, it's CNN...you can see with your own eyes as they lie to you and say the massive crowd is "thousands."

But who knows...the last feed, just a minute ago, the reporter said thousands are still streaming in. So my guess is that we'll stop seeing live pictures soon. They don't jibe with the bullshit -- er, address -- on Syria Bushler is scheduled to deliver this morning.
-----------------------------------------------

Hezbollah are MURDERERS! Why are you cheering the murderers here???

They are thugs, murderers, rapists, Baathists, and foreigners being paid as mercenaries. WHY DO YOU CELEBRATE with THEM? ----------------------------------------------------

11. Freeper.

I have been following this story all day. The only people having come up with a number of 1.5 million is an anonymous Hizbollah spokesman. Even Nasrallah only claimed one million.

Reuters seem to be saying hundreds of thousands, whilst AP estimates the crowd at 200 000.

Cheers.

Apparently, they have a separate demonstration for women.

I wonder if they hired Turkish police to keep the women in line.

Cheers.
