You should take the time to learn what has occurred over the years before you start making judgements. It is naive to say this is about one side wanting her to die and the other side wanting her to live.
Are you okay? I am getting worried about you..
Anyway, I did find this court document. On page 5, it lists failures in care.
Thanks, DJ!
Of course, despite your preface, not a single one of them says that they have read the CT and concluded that there is functional cerebral cortex matter that just needs to be "rehabbed."
Jacob Green M.D. PhD. Neurologist Jacksonville Florida, Southeastern Neuroscience Institute, P.A."
I base my opinions about her condition on a review of her medical records
I think that was fairly clear.
Philip R. Kennedy M.D. PhD.
Based on what I know about Terri Schiavos current condition,
This doctor wasn't specific about how he came by his knowledge. So that makes him stupid or dishonest?
David Hopper Ph.D., Clinical Director of the Bioclarity Program at eh Nevada care Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada
I have reviewed information about her condition, including reviewing photographs and video of her.
This doctor states that his review INCLUDED photos and video which does not mean exclusive info.
Again. All this is moot. Florida is trying to end a life it has no right to end. Death by court order is NOT what America should be doing.
You're welcome. :)
They would not be allowed to evaluate her in person, just medical records and video. Only 5 doctors have seen her in person for the courts. 2 of them honest, and the other 3 are paid 'experts' who routinly testifiy in favor of euthinasia.
Besides, what is so strange about this? The courts judged her by video tape, too. You be the Judge!
I don't think that there is any court action concerning teeth pulled. The teeth issue originated in a statement by the Schindlers on 5/17/04. See the below link to it for reference. What makes the statement credible? No idea.

I already had told Mary that I read it in a PDF document filed with court. It was a document about Schiavos Guardianship but now I can't find it. A lot of documentation is being moved or removed to make way for new ones. I'll keep looking and ping you if I find it.
I don't need glasses. Perhaps you should take off your rose-colored ones.
The Court isn't opining on the condition of her cerebral cortex. I haven't heard anyone who can do so say that it is fine. And none of the docs cited here have either. Strange that no one wonders why not. Well, not no one, but most of you.
Oh please! That is ridiculous. They didn't say exactly what you want so they're not to be believed?! Keep stretching.
Btw, Dr Hammesfahr DID say 75% of her cortex is there and you don't believe him either. The truth is, no matter who says what, you aren't going to accept it.
Objective tests show her cerebral cortex is principally liquid. If Dr. Hammesfahr has an objective test that says otherwise, I've yet to hear about it. If he bases his disagreement on a different interpretation of the same scan, he isn't saying so.
If the objective tests are correct, Dr. Hammesfahr is either lying or a quack. There is no known therapy that can regenerate this tissue.
If you don't like my skepticism, keep in mind that the Schindlers have presented testimony from persons who say they CAN regenerate this tissue - which is completely incredible by any scientific measure. This reeks of grasping at straws to me, and people holding out straws to those who will do anything in their power to save their daughter make me angry.
This is a bizarre statement. A parent using all in his power to save his child makes you angry?
As I said before, you won't believe what ANY doctor.
If he bases his disagreement on a different interpretation of the same scan, he isn't saying so.
Didn't listen to his interview in the provided link, did ya. It's in post #55. And he spent a combined time of 10 hours with Terri. The first time for 5 hours. But he has to be a quack because the euthanasia experts spent a LOT less time and they're more knowledgeable, right? You do realise that the 3 who said she's PVS regularly testify for euthanasia? No axe to grind there.
It is a fairly basic concept that you can change the meaning of a statement by only reading part of it. Example: "Ice cream is my favorite. Even if you held a gun to my head I would never say that I hate ice cream."
"I hate ice cream - That is a bizarre statement. I can't believe you hate ice cream. I see you eat it all the time."
The hate and anger is stunning, isn't it. This is a pro-life site but you'd never know it by reading some of these threads.
No, I haven't listened to the 90 minute interview barely posted 90 minutes ago just yet. Care to give me your interpretation of what Hammesfahr says about the CT and why everyone else got it wrong?
