Hi Mary! I can't find the court notice that specifically names how many years it's been since Terri had any dental care that resulted in 5 teeth having to be pulled. I'll keep looking. It also listed her special wheelchair as having been broken for 3 years. It was a Guardianship PDF.

Anyway, I did find this court document. On page 5, it lists failures in care.

I found the PDF that says she needed 5 teeth pulled. It's at the bottom of the first page. It's number 1, bottom of the paragraph. 11 year neglect of routine dental care?! Oh my!
