Sudan has spent billions to get their hands on MIG 29s, MIG 21s and MI 24 attack helicopters. These are housed at @ 13 air bases. Their Navy consists of 16 patrol boats in three bases.

We (the US) know where all this Sudanese Treasure is located. We could, if we had the will, reduce significantly or totally their investment in one day, from long distance, with no possibility of American death. As long as we do not we have no morale high ground from which to mock the Europeans or the UN on this matter, which our SoS defined as a genocide.
