Yup, he's the one. The UN was saying the America was too gun happy (paraphrasing). Bolton told them in no uncertain terms to not attempt to mess with Americans second amendment and to go pound sand.

It was also the same conference where Michael Douglas, the hypocrite, was going to testify that guns are evil (except when you are an actor and your role requires the use of guns). Bolton blew him off as well.

Bolton sounds like a good choice to me.
