Hmm. No pictures coming up here on FR, but still showing them on the paper's server.
Coincidently, last October I rescued a dog much like the one pictured (though black and smaller) that had been running around the neighborhood for two weeks without a collar or tags. Had a multitude of medical problems (fleas, parasites, worms, etc.) but has completely recovered. I also named him Scruffy because he looked the part. Now he is a valued companion. Unfortunately, I have no way to post a picture.
