I usually stay out of these arguments because I too have been brainwashed to feel like a leper because I smoke.

The bottom line is this.....smoking is legal and it is not impossible to make a smoke free and smoker friendly establishment. The bans have made almost everything non smoking rather than trying to accomadate both sides. I resent others taking my personal decisions away.

It's time to speak up.  The highly paid professional anti's are using our own cigarette tax dollars against us through the Tobacco Settlement Money.  Smokers pay this MSA 100%.  Not the government and NOT Big Tobacco but the smokers.

Instead of using the money for education and cessation programs for those who want to quit smoking and to pay for any sick uninsured smokers (should there be any), the anti's are using our tax dollars to now control, ban and restrict us.

They can't have it both ways.  They spew they want a Tobacco Free Everything.  If that would happen, they would all be out of jobs!  Maybe we all SHOULD quit for 6 months.  Put them all out of work.  I'd be willing just to see this happen to them.
