Perpetrator No. 1 [a 6-year-old boy] terrorized, fondled, bullied, sexually assaulted, sodomized and raped Child No. 1 [another 6-year-old boy].Perhaps Perpetrator No. 1 is the child of a "loving" adoptive homosexual couple. One thing for sure, Perp 1 is being molested and raped by a man.

So the Anchorage taxpayers are being held responsible?
Why not sue the Voters who elected the School Board, who hired the Teachers, who allowed the kids to go to the bathroom?
The best way to protect taxpayers from future incidents is to not allow children in the schools.
If the parents want to make some money, they should sue the creators of the little rapist. instead of raping the taxpayers.

Good God at 6 yrs old he is sodomizing children!!! that boy needs to be in a mental facility! Sounds like he is still in the school tho and will continue to abuse other children as the school protects and passes him around to other classrooms...kinda like the Catholic Churchs answer to sexual abusers.

That is WAY too long a time for two 6 year olds to be alone and upsupervised under any circumstances.

Wow. Seems like a great case for a department of children/family services to come to the aid of society.

Superintendent Carol Comeau said. "A sexual assault did occur. I think the perpetrator has some serious problems that need to be treated and dealt with. That is a very unfortunate incident."
Maybe UNFORTUNATE where YOU are concerned Supeintendent but what about the child who was assaulted?

during the 45 minutes that the two were alone in the bathroom,
When I was 6 yrs old and except for when I was asleep, there is no way I was EVER alone with myself or anyone else my age for 45 minutes. I wish the school district there didn't need to be sued to do something about this garbage, but what else can you do when there is certain teach negligence here.

"We are not going to prosecute a 6-year-old boy," police spokesman Ron McGee said. "There is no case here, as far as we're concerned."
1. There is definitely a case, the question is against whom.
2. 6 year olds left unattended for 45 minutes ANYWHERE, by anyone, is unacceptable.
3. Where is the perp learning this behavior?
Is it at home as the victim?
Is it IN THE SCHOOL's MANDATORY SEX EDUCATION CLASSES???
Parents need to be very aware of what is being taught these days.
