If it's refined gasoline, it's a problem for SURE. If it's diesel it will take a LOT of directly applied heat..... You know....I wonder....What is the stability period for that much "fuel" of any sort? There comes a time in the life of the stuff when it either starts to break down or it develops enzymes that are like harmful additives (IIRC). It's in an area that's quite cold in winter....I wonder if it's HEATING OIL? Whats the explosive factor of that stuff?
