THAK you for that story about the Brazilians at the Texas Border, Mama Dearest.

If you get any updates on that story, I'd appreciate it.

"Border Patrol catches 40 Brazilians"

ALTO BONITO,

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "Supervisory Border Patrol Agent Roy Cervantes says some of the immigrants were found in the brush and others were walking near U-S Highway 83, which runs parallel to the Rio Grande.

He says it's unclear whether the agents had been alerted to the group or whether they had found them during routine patrol. All were found about 8 a-m.

He said 25 of the group are men, 10 are women, and five are children."

I know I just can't take another war...this is some more from the article.

Outbound from Singapore, the USS Carl Vinson is currently crossing the Indian Ocean headed towards Middle-East. This will be the first time since February 2004 that US will have three major carrier groups stationed on and around Middle East.

Each of these carrier groups carry nearly 85 aircrafts and is capable of deliver precision-guided munitions. In addition there are anti-submarine aircrafts, airborne-early-warning and rotary-wing aircrafts. Because in the air refueling capabilities these aircrafts can operate from a long distance. The carrier groups are independent and can operate indefinitely.

I saw the fox report on this tonight and it didn't look like the typical false alarm. Hopefully I'm wrong.

To: Paltalk
Mr Jason Katz,

We the following feel shocked and appauled that such a commodity as Paltalk is being used by certain elements and parties to harvest hate against ethenic minorities, in particualar against the Islamic faith. To us this is racist and unacceptable and a sickness that should not be tolerated for long. Racial terminoligy and profanity have been used in G-rated rooms by certain parties who shall rename nameless unless their nomenclature is required. A suffering to which children have been subjected and their young minds wrongly manipulated to feel hate towards certain elements. We feel it is your responsibility to put an end to this.
Hence we ask of you to correct such wrongs before the hate consumes more people and causes more pain for some. Racism is something that the better part of the world condemns and doesnt allow. We, the undersigned hope that we can soon count Paltalk, a community of four million that stretches across the globe among that better part.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned

Special Dispatch Series - No. 879

No.879

"Reactions in Syria to Bashar Al-Assad's Announcement of Syria's Withdrawal from Lebanon"

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "Syrian president Bashar al-Assad's statement on March 5, 2005, that Syria will withdraw its forces to the Al-Biqa' region "in accordance with the Taif Accords, which are consistent with [U.N.] Security Council Resolution 1559," [1] was backed by the Syrian government media. Senior officials and columnists claimed that al-Assad's speech was a continuation of past Syrian policies, noting that Syria had already begun a withdrawal from Lebanon in 1999. In their opinion, the purpose of Resolution 1559 was not to make Syria withdraw from Lebanon, but rather to facilitate the implementation of Western programs for a new regional order.

On the other hand, Syrian opposition figures and human rights activists emphasized that the essential question in Syria is that of implementing domestic reform and democratization, and not the withdrawal from Lebanon, which should have taken place long ago.

For its part, the Muslim Brotherhood movement in Syria interpreted al-Assad's words as a capitulation to foreign pressures.

The following are translations of some of the reactions from Syria:"

Prop planes are always "more interesting."

SkyWest/Delta Connection flys the Embraer 120 twin turbo prop. It is a great aircraft. That is the usual aircraft used between Pocatello and Salt Lake City.

I checked my ticket. The aircraft is a Beechcraft 1900D. It seats 19 passengers. It's a turbo-prop. Not much different from the EMB120 except seating is a single seat on each side of the aisle. 3 seats in the back row.

Christian threatened at PalTalk

A Coptic Christian who discusses Islam and Christianity with Muslims on PalTalk received this message in Arabic on March 6. It is disturbingly similar to threats posted at another Muslim site, Barsomyat.com:

Know this, Ahmed_love_Jesus, we tracked you and being in America will not help you. Your blood is lawful and we will kill you soon.

If you were with me I would have killed you.

I will know where you are and kill you someday.

Ahmed_Love_Jesus, by the life of your mother's [obscenity deleted], your blood is lawful. We know where you are in America and we will slaughter you like the lamb that you worship.

The Copt received this threat on March 6, after an article was published that included his name and his comments on the Jersey City killings. The article appeared in WorldNet Daily on March 1, AINA also on March 1, FrontPage Magazine on March 4, MichNews also on March 4, and ChronWatch on March 6.
