Thanks. I have another round of "airplane crud" from all the coughing and sneezing of fellow passengers. The hotel food included wheat that set off my allergies again. I don't have to fly again until...Wednesday. Oh well.
Islamist group threatens bombings to block Sharon visit to Tunisia
(Snip) DUBAI (AFP) - A group with an Islamist name has threatened to launch a campaign of bombings and attacks on foreign embassies in Tunisia in response to an unprecedented invitation to Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon to visit the country.
"We will leave the response to the convoys of booby-trapped cars, and we will turn foreign embassies into pools of blood," the "Jihadi Jund al-Islam Group" said in a statement posted on an Islamist website. The authenticity could not be confirmed.

Don't you feel like flying in a biohazard suit? ;-)
Are you headed out of the country again on Wednesday?
This is odd:

Security Agency Investigates Apparent Hoax
NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- The Transportation Security Administration is trying to determine what was behind reports of three planes in trouble over Long Island Sound.
The report of three planes in some distress Sunday evening has triggered an investigation by the TSA.
The reports, all called in at nearly the same time, said the planes had electrical and engine trouble. The callers offered tail numbers but no further information. Then about 6:30 p.m. Sunday, the Coast Guard in New Haven received a call from a state agency inquiring about reports of a plane hijacked by terrorists.
After checking things out, the Coast Guard rescinded an alert it had put out. TSA will now investigate to find out why the calls were made and if the planes existed or were in trouble.

That is really strange.
That transmission he over heard must have been bad to cause such concern.
Interesting. Something similar happened over airspace near a NJ nuke plant last week.
Hopefully Islamic doctors in the USA have less aggression towards Americans and America than the professors and clerics. Fragile lives in the balance make easy targets with no one suspecting foul play. Impossibility? It's been done before by non-Islamics!
Wow, I didn't know that. Christmas CDs by this group in my collection! Wonderful instrumentals! Also like Trans-Siberian Express. Thanks for sharing that information!
Thanks for checking on that Velveeta. It's another of those "disappeared into the woodwork" stories. So it's not just cruise ships anymore?
Please let us know when you safely return. Prayers for your safe travel!
Almost seems like someone is testing the responses.
This has my radar flagged...
Yikes! I never thought about that, I hope they do to.
That's exactly what it sounds like to me!
