An old article, but a timely concept. Join me in contacting your congresscritter and demanding that impeachment proceedings be commenced to remove the "Foreign Law Five" from the Supreme Court.

I hate to say it, but you know the drill.
The acts/acts committed must meet this nutty standard that can't be met politically.
Besides, other than Breyer, I suspect the retirement Que will include the ones needing replacement sooner, rather than later.
The option that could work is for the president and congress to join their Constitutional power and simply defund the court and sell the building!
OK......I'm done now with reality. you now may return to dreams and hyperbole.

Today's judiciary, not having experienced any serious threat of impeachment as judges in earlier generations, repeatedly flaunts its contempt for the will of the people. Well, Judges Nixon, Hastings, and Claiborne were impeached and removed in 1989, 1988, and 1986. That wasn't so long ago.

The SCOTUS train wreck is here with their execrable juvinile death penalth decision. Now we get to see what emerges from the ruins.

I agree with the concept, but the author of this piece - David Barton - is a snake oil salesman who does our cause little good.
