I agree L0L you cant shoot it accuratly the grip is tiny and the barrel is short.
I put a houge handall jr on mine with a little modification from a pair of scissors and now it hits at 25 ft.
but its still for close and personal.. yipes

Hehehe...I won't answer that first question of yours.
I think you are right he needs to adjust not us,because we no how our store runs best and what we need to do to keep it that way.
Them there words were fighten words and I am up to the challenge.
I just hope that my team will follow my lead,if not we can all transfer to the store that our old manager has taken over and leave that person on his own.
