Now, just when did I ever speak of the muslim faith in an ill informed and insulting manner?
I save my venom for the 'prophet' whose life was nothing less than one long history of slaughter, who unleashed unspeakable, uncountable death upon the world.
Muir's 'The Caliphate: It's Rise, Decline and Fall' documents every conflict from the time of mohammad's rise until the fall of the Abbasside Caliphate in Baghdad in the 1500's AD. That's several hundred years of dead bodies to pile up in mohammad's honour, with yet another 500 years to go...
Islam is the barrel, the container, nothing more. The rotten apple at the bottom is mohammad. I'm not a diplomat, neither am I constrained by my government (not yet) from expressing views and opinions gained from research. My (our) Prime Minister is a public servant. When enough of us understand what islam is, and make our opinions known, he will follow us, not vice-versa. Democracy works from the bottom up, not top down. John Howard is not a dictator, he can't tell me what I should think, and neither can GWB, much as I admire him.
GWB isn't your final arbiter, I hope.
Every nation on the planet has mohammadanism to deal with, even countries with a muslim majority such as Indonesia are under threat from koranic imperatives to establish sharia. Islam without sharia?
I think that's what GWB means. Secular Islam. Seperate church from state, keep mohammad out of the government. It's their only hope. And ours.
To Islam, honor means the killing of women and the mutilization of the clitoris.
What is defined as "honor" is Islam, is cowardice to the rest of the world.
There is no courage with Satan/Venus/Allah/moon-god because courage is an extension of love and love is not something that has meaning within the Islamic world...
If I am wrong, RS or Gondring...please give us a Muslim definition of love...no, not some whiny response of the lack of love in the rest of the world...just provide us with a simple definition of "love" in the Islamic world. The kind you feel for your mother and your sisters, for example.
