The NY Press has published an 'Article' about how damned funny it is that the pope is dying.
The NY Press website seems to be down for now.
But The link to Hillary and Schumer's outrage at the Daily New is still up.(Please see attached URL)
I'm not Catholic, but I admire the Pope quite a bit. I feel that the NY Pol's outrage is politically
motivated, but I'm probably just being cynical.

I'm not Catholic either (I'm a Southern Baptist), but I still think that what the NY Press is doing is disrepectful to the Pope.

Their outrage I'm sure is political. People today can't take a joke. The author isn;t really saying it is funny that the pope is dying. It is a joke - lighten up.

Here is a pic of the POS "author":

It's tasteless, and humorless.

The NY Times web server has mostly like exploded after hordes of people flocked to the site or someone has merciless attacked their site. Karmic Justice strikes!

Whatever their outrage, the "joke" is sick and in poor taste.

We're all dying. The funniest thing about the Pope dying is that he doesn't seem to be in any great hurry to do it. That is one tough old man.

Have some respect, if this is your idea of a joke, well I don't know what to say about that.
Why don't we list the funniest things about:
Breast cancer.
The Holocaust.
The Little Abducted Girl From Florida.
The Bataan Death March.
Sickle Cell Anemia
Slavery In The Sudan
Female Genital Mutilation
I guess they're all funny to you.
Oh, lets not forget that wacky fun guy Josef Mengele
He was a real hoot wasn't he? My sides are just splitting over him. Ha-Ha.

What is the New York Press? I pay fairly close attention to the New York media and I've never even heard of them.

I don't think its funny but shows a tenacious spirit.
He has Parkinson's disease which robs one's mind and spirit of the vessel in which it is contained.
I'm going through this with my Dad who has ALS, it is a similar situation.
Are they supposed to just lay down and die, or hang on as long as they can.
it is neither your nor my choice but should be up to the person afflicted. Either way it is absolutely not a laughing matter.

From what I've seen of them on the News Stands in Boston, they are a very expensive left-wing rag.
I've only flipped through the pages a couple of times, and that was enough!

Have you read it ? It's not funny. I don't think it's something even the Harvard Lampoon would have published.
The stuff is too sick to repeat here.
To: Crackingham
It's a free paper in NYC, like the Village Voice. The founder, Russ Smith, was a conservative but he sold it and now it has become basically a left wing paper. Basically the only conservative voice left is Smith's weekly column.

Heres some food for thought:
What do you think the reaction would be if an article like this was published about a muslim religious leader??? (So friggin tired of the anti-Christian left doing whatever the hell they want...)
