It's quite possible she had an eating disorder, but I'm not convinced that it caused the 'heart attack,' if there ever was one. It seems just as possible to me that her condition is caused by some yet to be confirmed extreme abuse, possibly reaching the level of attempted murder.
Pure speculation on my part.

It's funny. There's now some death troll saying that there wasn't a debate about whether there was a heart attack. Is that an effort to re-write history? Hannity mentioned that the 'heart attack theory' was debunked.
