Her message posted on marthastewart.com

The experience of the last five months in Alderson, West Virginia has been life altering and life affirming. Someday, I hope to have the chance to talk more about all that has happened, the extraordinary people I have met here and all that I have learned. I can tell you now that I feel very fortunate to have had a family that nurtured me, the advantage of an excellent education, and the opportunity to pursue the American dream. You can be sure that I will never forget the friends that I met here, all that they have done to help me over these five months, their children, and the stories they have told me.

Right now, as you can imagine, I am thrilled to be returning to my more familiar life. My heart is filled with joy at the prospect of the warm embraces of my family, friends and colleagues. Certainly, there is no place like home.

Martha

By 6 a.m., the political pundits will be touting Martha for '08.

I have no desire to meet her, but I admire Martha. She's made her own way, unlike a lot of rich/famous women who scooted in on men's coattails.

I for one am rooting for her. Headliners and Legends on MSNBC id doing a show on her life right now. She can be very difficult, but she has my respect. She started off doing a little catering, and went on from there. She was very good at what she did. She cared.

And, this girl was pretty darn attractive for a very long time. Not too bad for 63 either.

I wish her well in the future.

What a great country this is!
A few good results of Martha's imprisonment.
1. AS A CONVICTED FELON SHE CANNOT VOTE
2. AS A CONVICTED FIREARM SHE CANNOT OWN A FIREARM

She was a big time supporter of the DUms, nothing more need to be said. The media is treating her as tho she was a gift to humanity and rewarding her as such.

I was heartened to see that Ms. Beagle-Boy Stewart was at least reduced to the side column on the local paper today, thanks to the Round the World record setting attempt by Fossett... I assume the local editors would have placed her on the front and center if not for Fossett's alleged fuel controversy.

It is sad that the government can legally lie to its citizens but lying to the government is a felony.

That is why I have zero respect for any law enforcement officer, local or federal. They are all liars by allowance of law.

Her "felony"? I guess it was her success. Jealousy. She no felon, there was no felony. Some "crimes" ain't.

Stealing a man's horse -- that's a felony. Rape -- a felony. Robbing a bank -- a felony. Assualt and battery -- a felony. Fraud of over an average month's wage -- a felony.

What Ms. Stewart did? Not even a misdemeanor. A private fine on the floor of the exchange at best.

Indeed, Stewart, 63, has won a contract to host a knock-off of tycoon Donald Trump's successful NBC television reality show "The Apprentice."

"The Prison B**ch"?
