I would love to see a national drive to greatly reduce our dependence on foreign energy - ANWR, nuclear, solar, wind, hybrid cars, electric cars. We need to start building the infrastructure to supply the US with MORE energy without increase our consumption of foreign energy.
We need more energy. We can never have enough power. Just look at the history of the civilization: energy = higher standard of living.
