Well, maybe you will someday.

Here's a quote from a soldier:

I thought we were some serious heros fighting a terrible regime, and I felt damn good about myself, my goverment, and my country. Looking back now, and playing connect the dots, I see some greivious errors in the Department of Defense, and the U.S. invasion of the soverign nation of Iraq. So what I want the American people to discover is the truth. From the soldiers mouths. Not from someone's mouth who spent a few hours having Thanksgiving in Baghdad.

We can always find a negative quote. And along with that are so many of our soldiers who STILL feel their mission has tremendous merit and success, and who want us to hear the truth from them....and not the "media".

The "sovreign nation of Iraq", as you called it, was mudering innocent people, invading other nations, threatening to invade others, financing terrorists worldwide, developing weapons of mass destruction (yes, they were), and scamming the world with the help of the UN. Your soldier is misguided, and is dishonoring his service.

Keyword: "a" soldier.

I can find an "a" anything.

Now, maybe you just wish to be deliberately obtuse
and argumentative with other posters, but try to
remember YOU posed the question.

There were probably a few soldiers in other wars that had a negative view point. Iraq voted the first time in a free election in over fifty years, I think that says more than anything you could ever dream up.
I will always respect the good men and women of our military. We need them and they need our support.
And I support them whith all my heart, and you should too.

Yeah, right .. a quote you put out here from an unnamed "soldier." We all believe you.
It's over.

Bovine Excrement!

The American people who frequent this board already have a vast understanding of the truth versus the tripe that those such as yourself seek to spew on a regular basis.

You and your so called "truth" is nothing but the same old tired, cowardly, pathetic pacifist drivel that has become the calling card of Liberals/Progressives/Democrats in this country.

Here's a quote from a soldier

Here is another quote or two from another soldier who happens to be my son. "We get sick of the press finding a few idiots who gripe an only quoting them". Here is a quote from a Marine who is also my son" "It's strange to be quoted so often by people who normally want to have nothing to do with the military". Yet another quote by my youngest son. "People always quote the guy who happens to by p***sd off about something at the moment".

You have to understand most of the folks who have family in the military have had a belly full of the "from a soldier" quotes that are obtained from moonbat sites and usually have questionable quotes to boot.

Here's a quote from a soldier:

For every quote you dredge up from a disgruntled soldier, there are dozens from soldiers who feel we are doing the right thing. What's your point? That our soldiers do not have a uniform, unanimous opinion on the war? Big deal.

Perhaps when you reach adulthood, you'll understand why rooting for the defeat of America hasn't won you many allies in this country except among traitors, cowards, and communists.

I have to ask: Do you support Hasan Akbar?
Remember him, the guy that threw the grenade into the tent and killed one fellow soldier and wounded 14 others?
Is Akbar the type of man you want defending you in a time of war?
When he is tried and convicted will you march and carry signs and demand his release?

Let's see the "grevious errors" that this soldier surely described in your post.

Here's a quote from a soldier

Lemme guess. Is this from some liberal that joined "So I could get money for college" then whines when he really figures out what a military is for?

There are always whiners.
Every soldier knows this.
But I take offense at you insulting teh troops.
Perhaps if you spoke to those on FR currently serving, you would UNDERSTAND what it is that you just said, and understand why everyone is so upset with you.
Oh yeah, you're a troll, and whatever position a Conservative took on an issue you took the opposite stance.

Old Sarge, here's one to look over.
Idiot troll doesn't understand that being a soldier is inherently dangerous.

Here's a quote from a soldier:

Love the non-attributed quote, probably got it right off of moveon.org or some other reality challenged site.
