1,500 and counting. Is it worth it?

Yes.

Sleep apnea caused 1400 U.S. deaths last year. We must end the war on sleep apnea.

Well since this is such a pressing issue for you, perhaps you should scamper on over to DU and discuss it with them?

But I can see why you would want to pose questions at FR. At least you know you'll get answers of substance...

Typical DU Thread:

At that range you need to aim more to the left.

That's better than the one I stumbled on last night. Some woman started an entire thread on her PMS and everything that went along with it! YUCK!

What's interesting about that is if you look at the US Senate, more Democrats (generally liberal) served their country in the military than Republicans. Why is that?

Why is what? Your assertion is false.

I just tallied it up and out of 100 Senators, 11 dems have some military experience and 11 Republicans.

None of the women have military experience. I suppose now you'll argue percentage, but the difference would be so small when one considers the shifting dynamics as elections bring changes, it is foolish to make such an outlandish generalization.

Your assertion is strange, in addition to false. It entails looking at one narrow aspect of the background of a person and declaring it the single issue to judge by. What nonsense.

Notice you're the one casting aspersions here on who served and who didn't. Not us.

I'll go by the military who is serving and how they regard the administration the serve under and how they respect their commander-in-chief. They love and respect President Bush.

Maybe he/she is gainfully employed and left us to go to work?

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!! Good one! I needed that laugh. :-)

More likely had to get on the bus and go fill out those welfare extension papers or Section 8 vouchers or something along those lines.

Here's a quote from a soldier

Lemme guess. Is this from some liberal that joined "So I could get money for college" then whines when he really figures out what a military is for?

Thank YOU for your support. Especially all the support you give our troops who are doing the heavy lifting.

We're winning this war. The MSM doesn't talk about it, but the tide is most definitely turning.

And it's just going to eat people like jbane up. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

You are so wrong, oh jbane of Properly-Named-Ones.

Our soldiers have more survivability than any other country and any other conflict in history.

But, of course, we read and you apparently can't.
