Is there any chance to change "they tyranny" to "the tyranny" in the first sentence? I hate to see a good cause lose meaning with a mistake like that. ;-)

The only thing about this effort is the group has to be sure to present the problem in a way that busy, ordinary people can understand. Avoid legalese/constitutionalese, etc.
They have to focus on the tryanny of the minority and the unfairness of the few keeping the whole Congress from voting on nominees.
They need to emphasize that members who oppose a nominee can always vote against him/her. But that it is a total abuse of power to keep others from voting their conscience just because they know they are going to LOSE.
