2 Illegal Immigrants Win Arizona Ranch in Court -- This is, of course, a sacrilege. The courts and liberal judges have got to go. We must get them out of office and replaced by sane ones.

Preventing Private Property Seizures In The Wake Of The Kelo Decision -- As you know, on June 23, 2005, the United States Supreme Court made a startling ruling in the case of Kelo v. New London (docket #04-108). In that case, the Supreme Court interpreted the eminent domain clause of the 5th Amendment of the United States Constitution in such a way that now anyone’s private property can be taken by a government body and given to a private developer, in an effort to increase the government’s tax base.

Developers Consider Suing Florida City for Not Using Eminent Domain Powers-- Let me translate what this robber baron is really saying:
"We spent a bunch of money for bribes, influence, and palm greasing to get corrupt Democrats to help us steal private property. Our plan is now worthless because freedom loving conservatives turned over the rock where we hide and shined the light on our unconstitutional activites. So we are suing the corrupt government for backing out of our sleazy deal."
