Although no shots are being fired, a fierce war is nonetheless being waged on American soil. The combatants are 'traditional values" Americans fighting for 'God, country, and apple pie" versus screaming harpy "it's all about our feelings" neo-Marxists .
Front and center on the Marxist battlefront are loudmouthed homosexual 'emotional tyrants' who are trying to force Americans to accept that what homosexuals do sexually denotes some sort of bizarre new race, species of man, or equally bizarre condition called 'transmasculine or transfemale" and by virtue of these things their demand is that they should be awarded rights and privileges over and above those which the rest of us have per the Constitution.
Homosexual radicals have purposely kept Americans in a state of emotional uproar. This is because emotions cloud our brains and keep us from clear and rational thinking. If it's one thing they don't want us to do, it's to think clearly with regards to homosexuality since what we would inevitably discover would absolutely disgust and horrify us and that would mean the death of the ' gay liberation' movement.
When an issue becomes so clouded over by emotion that it can't be discussed rationally, it ofttimes helps to clear the air by reframing the matter. Upon pondering the affair, I saw that it could be reframed as a 'fatness' issue. After all, eating food and engaging in sex are both biological functions. Both are necessary to the survival of humanity in that the former enables the body to survive and the latter enables man to procreate so as to keep our species alive. Both functions are enjoyable and cause a sense of emotional well-being as long as they are kept within natural boundaries. The flip side is that both functions can become a source of pathology, disease, and misery when taken outside of their boundaries. Finally, as with homosexuality, obesity has been around for as long as mankind can remember.
So what if overweight people decided to do as homosexuals have done and organized themselves into radicalized activist groups to demand 'civil rights," and 'equality"? Overweight people could make a substantial case for themselves using the ridiculous rationalizations being employed by homosexuals.
As homosexuals have done, fat people could claim that being overweight must be innate; that doubtless there is an 'obesity' gene. Fat individuals could evoke sympathy and understanding by mournfully testifying that, " Around the age of 4 I knew I was different from everyone else; I was already attracted to eating oversized portions." Through the use of carefully staged innuendo, fat people could then slyly bracket their 'fatness pride and civil rights' movement to the black civil rights movement with the insinuation being that fatness is some sort of race or species of mankind. They could point to examples of how society has stigmatized and hurt them with names like 'fatso', 'lard-butt, etc. They could claim that fat people are discriminated against by pointing to average-sized doorways, bathroom facilities and chairs not sized large enough to accommodate their girth; beauty pageants and swimsuit editions that don't include fat females; and so on. Once they had achieved their goal of clouding the air with overwrought emotionalism, and thereby causing society to succumb to feelings of guilt and shame, they could then begin manipulating society into "atoning for its sins" exactly as homosexuals have done and continue to do.
As atonement, they could demand that society view fatness as something to be 'proud' of. They could begin marching in 'Corpulence Pride Parades" and hold 3-day "Porky Pride Fests" around the nation and in our capitol. As part of their demands for inclusiveness and cultural diversity they could demand that mandatory "Corpulence As An Alternative Lifestyle" sensitivity training classes be conducted by businesses and corporations. And how about if they demanded access to the schools? They could set up "safe areas" designated by triangular dinner gongs; create "Parents and Friends of Lard-Butts" (PFLAB) clubs in every school for overweight and 'questioning' kids; hold "Gorging As A Pleasurable Pastime" outreach programs; and make it a hate crime to say words like 'fat, large, thin, slim, pig, big, gargantuan, stout, etc." Imagine MTV conditioning kids with 'fat is beautiful, normal, and healthy" programming".'

Reframed and rephrased as 'fat pride', "gay" pride can be seen as the dangerous lunacy it really is. And hate-America deconstructionists are using this insanity as a sledge hammer to destroy the health and sanity of children as well as to destroy everything good, normal, healthy, and decent about our society.
I imagine that among those of you who are reading these words that there are some who are suffering from being overweight; some who suffer from a drinking problem; some who are suffering from drugs, smoking, or gambling. Some one very close to me suffered throughout her adult life from obesity. I witnessed her struggles and saw her misery and felt great compassion for her. The point I'm driving at is this everyone of you who are good decent, ethical people but who nevertheless, fell into the clutches of some sort of addictive or otherwise problematical behavior would never in your worst moments, wish that someone else would become afflicted by what afflicts you. Fundamentally, that's a form of "ill-wishing" and good people simply don't wish ill upon other people. So ask yourselves why, if you would never ill-wish your afflictions on someone else, why homosexuals are being allowed to in effect, ill-wish their pathologically induced self-destructive, unnatural afflictions upon America's children and America in general?
Homosexuality is a dangerous, disease-ridden, drug and alcohol addicted lifestyle with high suicide rates. Why has an exception been made for them in order that they may psychologically mess with the young minds of children and seduce them into accepting homosexuality as 'normal and healthy'? Homosexual radicals are being given free rein to lie to our children. Any children who succumb to their lies are literally being condemned to a lifetime of suffering from the same mentally debilitating and physically destructive conditions as do homosexuals.
Christ taught that the true meaning of love is to sacrifice oneself for the good of others. That is agape. What the culture of death Left requires of us and our children is that we must all be sacrificed upon the altars of their egotistical desires and demands.

Homosexuals are an aberration of nature. Without protection, they would succumb to Darwinism. They innately know this and this is why they are so vociferous in their pleas for normalcy, acceptance and tolerance.

Where I work we "celebrate" "PRIDE MONTH" in May and the rainbow flag is displayed next to the American flag. The Gay Men's chorus sings at Christmas in our lobby. There are "diversity" clubs that meet after work and mail lists for gays, lesbians and trans-gendered. (The idea of the lists is the gays can communicate during work time about their "issues".)
So in my opinion it would be an improvement to replace the gays with the overweight people -- I'm sure they sing better! The only critical mass that this needs to happen is to have a Mathew Shepard case for chubby people.
Since I gained all the weight back after surgery, I now make a living going around and posing for everyone's before pictures...(sigh)...

Talks are underway with the Disney people to sponsor "Porker Day at the Park". A Disney spokesman assured the group that they would double the food availability the day of the event.
In a further effort to reach out to the group, Disney will create a new theme park with specially fabricated reinforced structural materials and "portly people seating". The site for the new rides isn't final, but an anonymous source tells us that the "It's a Small World" ride is due for demolition.

(LifeSiteNews.com) Michael O'Brien, the Canadian Catholic novelist, social commentator, and artist describes the classic signs of a growing totalitarianism:
The imposition of a national ideological orthodoxy with state coercive power to ensure conformity.
The Canadian government, he proposes, in a guest editorial exclusive to LifeSiteNews.com, is using the homosexual movement to create this kind of state. In Canada, a person is free to hold opinions contrary to those official party lines, but only in his home and only cautiously. There are now criminal penalties for public disagreement.
Michael O'Brien is well known to Catholic readers as the author of the novels "Father Elijah," and "Eclipse of the Sun," both about the establishment of 'soft' totalitarianism. Notable among his non-fiction books are "The Family and the New Totalitarianism" and his examination of the paganization of children's literature, "A Landscape with Dragons."
In his essay, "Same-Sex 'Marriage,' 'Hate Crimes,' and the New Totalitarianism," O'Brien writes that hundreds of new laws are proliferating a climate of legalism that is "directed not at criminals but at the moral structure of private life." The new laws, far from protecting citizens against unjust discrimination, are to be "wielded as a cudgel to intimidate those who simply disagree with (the ideology) and to punish those who are outspoken about it."
O'Brien writes, "In just over one generation we have been shifted from a society in which homosexual acts were a crime under the then existing law, to a society in which homosexual acts have become a government-protected and fostered activity, while voicing criticism of it 'publicly' has become the crime. Call it by any name you like, but this is Thought Crime."
O'Brien warns that this shift has less to do with homosexuality, than with the imposition of thought control and total state authority. This shift is inevitable in a society that abandons religious absolutes, which he defines as, "fundamental, ultimate, unqualified truths, independent of the ebb and flow of cultures, fashions." A totalitarianism will inevitably replace these with absolute control by the state. In an ideological tyranny, he says, "There may not be brown-shirts and jackboots marching in the streets… only a system or a social philosophy which permeates and controls everything."
"Are we there yet?" he asks. "The social revolution is far from over…The abortion and euthanasia issues are the most ugly of these crises, but they are symptoms of something deeper, and that 'something' is no less than the auto-demolition of a civilization, beginning with the eradication of its moral foundations."
The homosexual revolution is only one step in the process says O'Brien. Artificial contraception, divorce and abortion came before it, and, he says, polygamy, paedophilia and euthanasia are next in line.
O'Brien speculates as to what is next for Canada. "We must ask ourselves if, in a few short years from now, the uncooperative Christian or Jew or Muslim (or, for that matter, the non-religious classical democrat) will be considered 'an enemy of the people.'"
When the re-engineering of society is complete, he asks, "Will we look back upon the present as the last brief period in which it was still possible to reverse the tide?"
