I see today the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES has taken the bull by the horns and has initiated HR97 - which stops the USSC from .... diddly squat.
Sorry but a "resolution" is not a law and has absolutely no effect. It is simply a device to make you feel your Congressman is "doing something" about this horrible problem.

But .. if they get enough support for the "resolution" - they will be able to judge that the public is wanting the court to be reigned in - and not allowed to use INTERNATIONAL LAW instead of OUR CONSTITUTION.
I believe this is a trial balloon - so to speak - to test if the public is paying attention.
WE ARE - AND WE SHOULD BE TELLING OUR CONGRESS PEOPLE WE ARE.
By what you wrote, I can see why you're "miserable".
