There's nothing wrong with having respect for the court - you just cannot allow it to blind you to the truth of your job. I believe Scalia is completely convinced this court is out of line. I saw him with another justice on CSPAN and his arguments were right on. The other guy was saying we needed to use international law and Scalia was totally against that - instead saying the Constitution is the only guide to be used.

If you're looking for perfection - you'll never find it. These people are humans just like the rest of us. The problem lies in their interpretation of what their responsibility is to America. They are not there to MAKE UP LAWS WHICH SUIT THIER MORAL CAUSES. They are there to interpret what the previously written law says. They are not doing that - and they need to be yelled at!!

I like Scalia also but on things like Judicial immunity and the Bar Association ( federal government protected)monopoly he has made it clear he is a "traditionalist" rather than a constitutionalist . I believe Thomas is our best bet in the court.
