I like Scalia also but on things like Judicial immunity and the Bar Association ( federal government protected)monopoly he has made it clear he is a "traditionalist" rather than a constitutionalist . I believe Thomas is our best bet in the court.

I prefer Sacalia because when he writes a dissent it makes total sense to even the most common person.
