I do not understand why they are wishing so hard for foreign policy failure, we had plenty of it during the 8 years Clinton was in office.

Stewart: Oh, I'm shallow! I'm very shallow! Soderberg: There's always hope that this might not work.
A fine example of two leftists having a moment of pure honesty!

It will repeat tonight at 6:00pm central standard time for those of you who wish to watch it. The dummies over at DU are mad at Johnny boy, saying he has gone over to the dark side.

You have GOT to read this. It confirms just what Rush Limbaugh has been saying: Good news for America is bad news for Democrats.

I've sent this to most of my address book. Let the people see just what the left are reduced to hoping for.

Those guys hit moral bedrock looonnnggg ago and did not survive the crash. All this sour grapes that President Bush has endured since his successes abroad and his re election can be explained by the complete and permanent moral bankruptcy of the Liberals.

Soderberg: Well, there's still Iran and North Korea, don't forget. There's hope for the rest of us. Unbelievable! Let's hope for a nuclear exchange 'cause it would us poor Dems! Inredible for them to let us see the bare souls like that!

This is truly pathetic. A perfect example of the self serving and the power hungry. People with this attitude need to be dressed up in florescent orange jumpsuits, given a loaded pistol, and air dropped on the other side of the DMZ. Oops! They are probably anti-gun so lets put a nix on the pistol.

Jon seems to be really shaken by the onslaught of good news. It makes him even less funny than usual, and he really fears that. That whole "mess-o-potamia" bit is now totally blown.
His guest had the same problem, since the point of her entire book was to point out how all the events currently unfolding are impossible.
It's ironic that they are now praying (only semi-jokingly) for something to screw up so that they can hop on it.
Looks like the Dems will just have to settle for beating up straw-man Social Security arguments and scaring old people with BS stories to make themselves feel better, at least until the press starts beating up on the Prez. again.
