“Dark Days in History”

Since 1962, there have been 10 landmark court decisions that undermined Christian values and the family.

June 17, 1962: Engel v. Vitale, the Supreme Court restricts prayer in schools.

January 22, 1973: Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court makes killing unborn babies legal.

November 17, 1980: Stone v. Graham, the Supreme Court strikes down a Kentucky statute requiring display of the Ten Commandments in public schools.

June 30, 1994: Madsen v. Women’s Health Center, the Supreme Court upholds the creation of “buffer zones” around abortion clinics, severely restricting pro-life free speech.

June 26, 2002: Newdow v. U.S., the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rules that reciting the Pledge of Allegiance in public schools is an unconstitutional endorsement of religion.

June 26, 2003: Lawrence v. Texas, The Supreme Court strikes down a Texas law prohibiting sodomy.

July 1, 2003: Glassroth v. Moore, the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rules that a monument to the Ten Commandments placed in Alabama’s judiciary building must be removed.

November 6, 2003: Federal judges in New York and California issue temporary restraining orders blocking enforcement of the Partial- Birth Abortion Ban Act.

November 18, 2003: Goodridge v. Dept. of Public Health, the Massachusetts Supreme Court rules that same-sex couples can marry under the laws of that state.

February 4, 2004: Massachusetts Supreme Court declares that the state legislature may not offer “civil union” as an alternative to same-sex marriage. The ruling paves the way for the first state-recognized homosexual marriages in U.S. history.

When are we Christians going to rise up and say, “Enough is enough—we aren’t going to take it anymore”? We are going to let our voices be heard from our house to the White House.

In light of today's ruling, we need to impeach this current bunch! Specifically

Ginsberg
Breyer
Souter
Stevens
Kennedy

Since when is the rule of law scrapped in favor of "international opinion?"

I've been online looking for an Impeachment Petition but haven't found one. If anyone has one, send it my way and I'll gladly sign it!!

Ain't going to happen. Our Senators and Representatives don't want to step on the toes of the elitist judges. They would have to establish a law taking away the pay of Senators and Representatives before they would step in to overule the elitist court. We might as well name this court the World Court because that is the type of decisions coming out of them.

Souter first. And to think that the choice was between Souter and Ken Starr. (sigh)
