Oh gee, he might resign. Hell, he should be stripped, beaten, tarred and feathered. - Then tried.

Anyone who has been in Africa in the past 15 years knows all of these things have been the result of using local (African) forces to police the UN resolutions.

The brutality does not stop at rape.

What no one is openly saying is that situation isn't going to change as long as different tribes police others.

Nothing really matters.
There won't be anybody left in sub-saharan Africa in 50 years anyway.

True enough but contingents from the Moslem world and even Europe haven't been much better. The Bulgarian contingent sent to Cambodia a few years ago was a remarkable group. Apparently the rank and file were literally felons. Prison populations were trolled for volunteers. In a win-win situation for the thugs the state offered to grant freedom to anyone who spent a year in the special Bulgarian army detachment sent to Cambodia. The results were interesting to say the least. Large numbers of UN vehicles were totaled by dui's, a number of gunfights between members of the contingent occurred, the Bulgarian thugs robbed local merchants at gunpoint and numerous girls and young women were raped and/or kidnapped. True international ambassadors of good will all.
